Kanika Williamson

Kanika Williamson?leads Elo’s Worldwide Human Resources.
Kanika joined Elo in May of 2019 and brings with her over 18 years of of human resources business partner experience in progressively higher HR roles and demonstrated track record of success with previous companies GE and Kimberly-Clark. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Americas Operations and Corporate Functions at Neovia Logistics. She has a strong background in talent development, strategic planning, employee engagement and organizational development.
Kanika holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia in addition to a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
