Neeraj Pendse
VP, Head of Product Management
Neeraj Pendse leads the global product management team at Elo and is responsible for product P&L, portfolio strategy, roadmaps and competitive analysis. He has led a significant product portfolio transformation at Elo from technology components to intelligent devices and software-as-a-service. He joined Elo in 2010.
Neeraj began his career designing high-speed integrated circuits at Texas Instruments. His 20+ years of experience includes engineering and technology, business development, corporate strategy, product management, and executive leadership. Before joining Elo, Pendse was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney where he advised senior executives on operations, product, and organization strategies.
Neeraj has a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from UC Berkeley. He serves on the board of the Marine Science Institute, an organization focusing on education and conservation in the San Francisco Bay. Neeraj is also an avid aviator and has flown small airplanes for 20+ years.
